It`s time to pay some personal attention to our lovely ARMS :))
Even though they are always in motion and help support us while working out the upper body, they deserve some special care too!
Here is a workout that does exactly this.
You will need some light weights and a smile on your face, cause it is about to get fun.
It consists of 30 sec. Light Weight Exercises with 10 sec. of Shadow Boxing Cardio in between each move.
