Remaster of Scrappy's ascension into Scrappy-Rex from the climactic ending of the film.
The original ending involved The Luna Ghost summoning the Demon-Rex with the souls.
Who then possesses Scooby's body to become the powerful demon "Scooby-Rex."
Our evidence concludes that they planned three different endings for this film:
1. Don Knott was intended to be the original antagonist of the film.
He wanted revenge on Mystery Inc. for Scooby ruining his Christmas party.
Summons the Demon-Rex so he may serve him as he takes over the world.
2. The Luna Ghost as the antagonist ending was filmed but cut.
This ending involved Old Man Smithers getting revenge on Mystery Inc.
Bowing felty to the Demon-Rex as he seeks vengeance on the group.
3. In the final ending, Scrappy-Doo is corrupted by the Daemon Ritus.
"I, Scrappy-Dappy-Doo, shall inherit the promise of the Daemon Ritus and the power of the Darkopolypse! I will rule the world with a demon army at my command. And I've brought you here - - puny, pathetic Mystery Inc. - - to witness my moment of triumph - - to rock you and sock you and crush you like bugs! All I need to complete my ascension is - - YOU!"
Scrappy was, therefore, dubbed Scrappy-Rex due to his ascension into a Demon King.
Differences Between The Reveals:
1. The original version was more softer with its themes.
The victim's souls were used to temporarily create a portal.
The Demon-Rex would then possess the body of Scooby-Doo.
This causes the Demon-Rex to transform into Scooby-Rex.
2. The final version had much darker, serious themes.
Five thousand souls were sacrificial offerings to Scrappy-Doo.
To transform himself into the Demon King A.K.A Demon-Rex.
Different After-Credit Scene:
Credits reveal that the demons in the Pentagon survived
and the government agent who retrieved the Daemon Ritus was one.
More behind-the-scenes information will be added when it's available.

"Not all who hesitate are lost. The psyche has many secrets in reserve. And these are not disclosed unless required. Perhaps some of us have to go through dark and devious ways before we can find the river of peace or the high road to the soul's destination."
The original goal was to merely provide a themed channel to the TF community
But now we're working on mental and spiritual practices to better ourself.
We first adopted this character to be brave and face our fears. The fierce demeanor and confidence of this character were something we had wished to apply to ourself, and it did help us to improve by utilizing the shadow material in positive ways. We have since outgrown the usage of this persona and have opted to instead dedicate time to important studies and research.
Psychologically, Scrappy-Rex was unconscious shadow material. The psychic energy of this character gave expression to unconscious processes of the psyche. An example is utilizing its masculine energy to give us the courage to start working out. Now we're a recreational strongman who can do twelve reps while bicep curling 100lb.
The shadow material was rather unorthodox, but it led to some significant discoveries in the field of analytical depth psychology/parapsychology, i.e. reincarnation. Without this particular character, we wouldn't have solved a twenty-year mystery by discovering our past lives.
