Being a mum for nearly 9 years now, a lot of my beliefs have changed and a lot of Wisdom has grown as I’ve journeyed through motherhood. There are many things I wish I knew as a new mum, and the topics I discuss today are all tips I wish someone had told me before I had my first baby.

If someone had shared these few pieces of advice with me, a lot of stress and worry could have been avoided. I hope that these snippets of my personal wisdom help you navigate your way through motherhood with more peace joy and satisfaction in every day life.
