With Geneva reopening an observation terrace for landside visitors to visit, free of charge, this had to be a go to place during my stay in Geneva. The newly renovated terrace offers panoramic views across the airport as well as the mountain range of the French Alps in the background. Quite a scenic location for sure!

I stayed here for 4 hours and managed to get a lot of footage, enough to fill an hour video. It was great to see a lot of air traffic, with the easing of travel restrictions in Europe, lots of people can now go on holiday without the worry of a stupid traffic light system. Plenty of variety here too, a lot of mixture between commercial jets and those of the executive jets as well.

I'd definitely visit here again, it is definitely a plane spotter's paradise. The terrace also has a snack bar, toilets and play areas for kids, so its definitely a great place to go for an avgeek day out
