At the age of 16, Jessica had a serious horse-riding accident, which resulted in a life-threatening brain injury. This is the story of how she was helped by a NARS voluntary Critical Care paramedic.
NARS advanced responders go out, in their own time, to the most serious accidents and medical emergencies.
NARS receives no money from the government or NHS and relies entirely on public support to keep going.
