WHEAT FLOUR BONDA
INGREDIENTS
Whole wheat flour -1 cup
Rice flour-1/4 cup
Curd/yoghurt-1cup
Salt as per taste
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Onion-1 (small) chopped
Green chillies-3(chopped)
Ginger-2 inch (chopped)
METHOD
Take wheat flour and rice flour and sieve then add salt , baking powder, cumin seeds, green chillies, onions, ginger , curd and give a good mix. Add water little by little and make thick paste , mix well and rest it for 2hours , after 2 hours heat oil for deep frying heat it then drop BONDA in hot oil , put flame on medium and turn in between , allow to cook evenly on all sides and turns golden brown , take out
Note*- fry BONDA’s for second time for 1-2 minutes on medium flame that make BONDA stay crispy outside for long time .
