HYDERABADI CHILLI CHICKEN CURRY WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients:
Chicken Boti 1 Kg
Onion sliced 2
Ginger 2 tbsp
Garlic 12- 14 cloves
Green Chili 10
Coriander (Grind) 1 bunch
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Yogurt 500 gram
Oil 1 Cup
Green Chili (cut length wise) 8 Nos
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 15 to 20 leaves
Garam Masala Powder 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add the Chicken and fry for 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside. Now add the grinded ingredients to the oil and cook for 10 minutes. Add yogurt, haldi, dhania, zeera and karri patta. And cook on high heat till the liquid is almost dried. Add chicken, green chilli and garam masala and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve.
