How do you show your kids that you’re struggling? What can you learn from your younger self?

Licensed therapist Jonathan Decker and filmmaker Alan Seawright are taking a look at sci-fi/comedy/drama The Adam Project. They dive into the lessons we can learn from our younger self as well as lessons parents learn from their kids. Jonathan shares healthy ways parents can let their kids know that they’re struggling so they can empathize with their parents. He also talks about reflecting on your past experiences through journaling. Alan praises the exceptional performances by the exceptional cast, especially Walker Scobell for being the perfect match to Ryan Reynolds. And the exceptional performances get him in the feels.
