Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s power-packed address at the ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network Mission Control Complex in Bengaluru, which included numerous major announcements to commemorate the historic success of Chandrayaan-3, ISRO Scientists said that they were highly motivated by the PM’s speech.
"No words to say. The Prime Minister of India came personally as soon as he landed in India. He said that he wanted to see us at the earliest. More than that what can we expect? He has named Chandrayaan-3 point as the 'Shivashakti' point & and Chandrayaan-2 point as 'Tiranga'. He also announced 23rd August as National Space Day. This is to commemorate the success so that the coming generations can remember it," says Sudheer Kumar N, Director CBPO, ISRO.
