The City of Post Falls has been working hard for over a decade on
creating an appealing City Center master plan for developers to bring
to life. The Downtown district's zoning and code gives flexibility for
mixed use and residential developers. It is an opportunity zone and an
urban renewal district. We are starting to see more and more
developers discover this. As developers, we have a duty to ensure we
provide a thoughtful product that provides value to the
community and its visitors.
