📝 Summary
Core objectives. This is first thing I look a at when I start working with a company. I examine the company’s goals, its strategy, and where these are documented. I assess how these objectives are broken down and connected to everyday tasks. Basically, I check on how plans are integrated with execution.
Sometimes they are not (!)
In my speech, I cover the following:
- Why each company / product / team needs connection between strategy and daily employees work, (based on HBR article “Many strategies fail …)
- The necessity of creating a system that follows company objectives, emphasising self-organization and the concept of a learning organization.
- How to start organising that, creation of ONE Backlog to rule them all, rhythm and routines of the process to “keep moving“ in a smart way.
