Lauren Goss is a former professional triathlete (10+x 70.3 Champion), turned elite track & road runner and full-time triathlon coach. She is the owner and coach of BlackSheep Endurance, which now supports over 30 triathletes across the world.
Justin Riele is an amateur triathlete. He races for Team Every Man Jack and has won 6x 70.3 Overall Amateur races and is the current 2021 Ironman World Champion in the 25-29 age group.
