Welcome to our family-owned dairy farm in Israel, where we're proud to produce high-quality dairy products using innovative and sustainable farming practices. Our third-generation dairy farmers, Arya, Yacoub, and Joel Strauss, invite you to join us for an on-site visit to experience the fascinating world of Israeli dairy farming firsthand.
With 200 milking cows and 170 replacement heifers, we employ a dedicated team of five employees to help us achieve our goal of producing 11,900 liters of milk per cow per year. Our milk has a butterfat content of 3.8% and a milk protein content of 3.4%, with a somatic cell count (SCC) of 220. We have a milk quota of 2.2 million liters and have been in operation since 1951.
To achieve these impressive results, we milk our cows three times a day and provide them with a feed supply from our local feed center. We also serve food once a day to our cows and three times a week to our dry cows and heifers.
