Dr. Navia demonstrates tricuspid valve surgery in a patient with infective endocarditis due to an infected pacemaker and ICD lead. The infected lead is removed, infected valve tissue is removed, pericardium is used to reconstruct the leaflets, new chordae are placed and a ring is used to stabilize the valve.
