2 lb lean ground beef
20 ct. of flour tortilla
2 cans of red enchilada sauce
2 bags of mixed cheese (shredded)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 onion
1 1/2 pkg of Taco seasoning (I use McCormick)
1/2 tsp of paprika

Sides
Mexican rice
Refried beans
