Ms. Jenny Lau shared gender stereotypes in the workplace through her work experience and knowledge in the aviation and financial industries. She analyzed the reasons and measures for this situation, calling for career development not to be restricted by gender. In the workplace, we should focus on the display of individual abilities rather than gender. Only when people change their fixed thinking about gender differences and gradually break gender stereotypes in the workplace can a diverse and equal workplace environment be created. Ms. Lau graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and then worked at Morgan Stanley in Wealth Management division. With extensive experience and knowledge, Ms.Lau defines Sino Jet's mission and values and introduces private banking model to business aviation industry and emphasizes a commitment to service excellence and personalized services. Ms.Lau actively cooperates with other counterparts to create new business opportunities and promote the development of the industry. She has made outstanding contribution to the field and is elected as the Chairperson of the Asian Business Aviation Association(a.k.a.AsBAA) and awarded as “Woman of the Year". She has also been awarded the “Outstanding Contribution to Business Aviation” by Sapphire Pegasus Business Aviation Award.
