1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter or ghee
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 clove
cinnamon 2 inch
Fresh clove garlic 6-7
cardamom powder 2 pinch or 4 whole cardamom
salt to taste
3 cup of chopped tomatoes
This recipe you can do dairy free or with dairy also use chicken with bone as i describe.
