serve during Chinese New Year.

ingredients
100 gm all-purpose flour,sifted
12 gm whole egg, beaten
about 30-35gm water, depends on flour absorption
pinch of salt, dissolved in 30-35 gm water
25 gm castor sugar
10 gm vegetable oil
3 gm of black sesame seeds
Method
form dough according to video
roll out as thin as possible
fry until medium golden in color
pack when completely cooled
