Even in a normal year, summer is notoriously busy. THIS summer, many of us are “making up” for a lost year of fun being cooped up for quarantine. Everything is opening up and it just feels good to be out and about… am I right!?
Before you find yourself locking in Labor Day plans and wondering where the summer went, take time to identify exactly what you are hoping to get out of your summer months.
While it feels good to be saying “Yes” and getting outside, this might be an important time to practice saying “No.” May this Thoughtfully Fit Thursday serve as a reminder to practice Strength by choosing your summer plans consciously. You may even make this summer the best one yet!
