BAHAN2 (INGREDIENTS) - 2 ORG MAKAN (2 serving)
Udang harimau (Tiger Prawn)
2 sdb Serbuk Kunyit (2 tbsb Tumeric Powder)
1/2 biji bawang holland (1/2 of Yellow Onion)
2 biji cili padi (2 stalks of birds eye cili) - Optional
7 biji bawang merah kecil (7 shallots)
3 tangkai daun kari (3 stalks of curry leaves)
Minyak masak (Cooking Oil)
Garam dan Gula (Salt and Sugar to taste)
CARA2 (METHOD)
Panaskan minyak dalam kuali (Heat cooking oil in a skillet)
Goreng udang. Dah masak taruk tepi (Fry prawn and put aside) .
Guna minyak yang sama tetapi kurangkan minyak. Tumis bawang merah. (With the same but reduced the amount of cooking oil, saute red onion).
Masukkan cili padi and tumis hingga naik bau . (Add birds eye cili and continue sauteing)
Masukkan serbuk kunyit, kacau. (Add turmeric powder and stir)
Masukkan daun kari (Add curry leaves)
Masukkan bawang holland, gaul sekejap, masukkan udang. Gaul hingga sebati.
Tambah garam dan gula secukup rasa. Siap!
(Add yellow onion, stir for a bit before adding in prawns. Mix until prawns are well coated. Season with salt. Add a bit of sugar to balance the taste. Ready to serve!)
