A traditional stone-built house of 120 sq.m sitting on a plot of 182 sq.m situated at the top of the village with far reaching views over Spili to the White Mountains. It is a 2-storey property with an additional attached single storey room with a courtyard and terrace. Renovation work was started in 2004 including anti-seismic strengthening, a replacement roof and plumbing throughout for central heating, and is at present heated by wall mounted electric radiators and 2 wood-burning stoves. It has double glazing with integral fly screens and the water is heated by 2 solar panels. It is accessible by car with parking 100 meters away. Spili is known for its cooling shady village squares and running waters. This village of around 800 locals is a crossroads between the north and south coasts, between the beautiful Amari Valley and the beaches of Preveli, Plakias, Agia Fotini, Triopetra and Agia Galini in the south.
