CIER is the citizen centric portal of Department of Telecommunications for tracing the lost/stolen mobile devices.

✅ All you have to do is Block your phone access through the CEIR Portal by filling out necessary details like Name, Address, Proof of phone purchase, FIR (Police Report) etc.

✅ Make sure that you compulsorily file a complaint with police regarding the theft or lost mobile as the case may be. Until and unless you have an FIR you won’t be able to proceed with blocking your phone. 👮🏼‍♀️📃

✅ Once the phone is blocked nobody can use it. No SIM would work in it. But this does not deny tracking access to the police 📵

✅ Once you recover your phone you can request for an unblock on the same website 🔐
