Minister for Manpower Tan See Leng highlighted that the Government is intent on striking the right balance of win-win outcomes for workers and businesses. He elaborated that the success behind this lies in the joint effort between unions, employers and the Government, with parties taking their responsibilities seriously and working towards establishing constructive solutions.
