Juan Jose Zuniga, a former Bolivian top army general behind a failed coup attempt in Bolivia, is now in police custody.
Zuniga led troops to take over the capital's central square, where they eventually stormed the presidential palace, then quickly retreated. The general claims he acted on the president's instructions during his arrest.
