chinese braised pork 🥢 ~
A lot of you asked for the measurements the last time I posted this, so here it is :)
This dish is known in many different cultures - but all have basically the same cooking method with a few ingredient swaps.
2lb pork belly
25g sliced ginger
water + salt for parboil
half an onion
ginger
4c water
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp mirin
40g rock sugar
