Based on the 1999 book "The Coming Global Superstorm" by Art Bell and Whitley Strieber.
It begins when the three men are on the ice of Antarctica until the ice cracks from the land due to an ice fault.
A supernatural event of climate change around the northern hemisphere; the conference heard in New Delhi when there is snow. With the badly cold weather around the northern hemisphere, the giant hail storm in Tokyo, and the super tornado outbreak and earthquake in Los Angeles County, the city and county look devastated.
In Washington, and others around the world seeing the lowest temperature, a climate scientist man named Jack works at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and works with the National Weather Service (NWS) to predict the next weather, so he told his wife, who is a nurse, and she told his son to come home and decide to go to college to finish. His son met with friends at the college and the party, but he decided to stay.
Jack later wanted his son to come back to him from New York City, but the city was flooded and getting colder. Until the mega tsunami hit New York City, submerging half of the sea level in this city, his son and his friends survived and went into the upper level of this historic library.
The northern state will need to evacuate, and many Americans will flee to Mexico as the southern border closes and refugees flee from the cold weather.
His son contacted Jack to find out what had happened. Jack told him there was a mega storm, like three huge cyclones, coming to landfall at the brewing temperature, so his son rushed to his friends. Snow is here; the cargo vessel arrives in the city, and later, freeze. Now that it was snowing in the city, his son went to tell everyone to stay inside or freeze to death. Jack decides to go to New York City to find his son with two other men. His son will have enough time to survive; he set the fire on the fireplace to survive; his friends got food and medicine to survive; and an eye wall hit near by.
The eye wall caused more freezing, and his son, Jack, set the fire to survive.
Jack arrives in New York City and sees the frozen land. He found the library and finally found his son. Unfortunately, the President of the United States was unable to escape the White House until the eye wall frozen him to death. His vice president was sworn in as president. Jack contacts the chopper to arrive in New York City, and the new president orders a search and recovery in New York City for more survivors. Jack and his son are going to him. In the end, the three cyclones disintegrated, and almost the entire northern hemisphere was frozen like an ice age era. Well, Jack and his family will mark a happy ending to their journey.
