Korean bulgogi beef bowl recipe with cooking tips below
~1lb ground beef
~3/4 cup pre-made bulgogi marinade (I use CJ Korean bbq bulgogi marinade found at hmart and etc)
1/2 to 1 spoonful of minced garlic
Black pepper
~2-3 green onions (Can add more or less)
1/2 an onion (Can add more or less)
~1/3 cup of chopped mushrooms (Can add more or less)
Cooking oil (I used Graza olive oil for cooking)
Handful of shredded carrots
*Drain the liquid from cooking the beef or let it evaporate
* The more marinade you add to the ground meat, the sweeter it will. Best to start with less and add more.
