Main ingredients:
- 20 g of dried Cochayuyo seaweed
- half a carrot
- 1/4 of a red onion
- a few stalks of Chinese celery
- 1 bunch of cilantro
Dressing:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of rice vinegar
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of brown sugar
