Ingredients:
1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
Pinch Salt
1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
1/4 cup (70g) Yogurt
1/2 cup (120ml) Milk of your choice
1-2 tablespoons Sweetener of your choice (optional)
2-3 tablespoons Hazelnut butter
For topping:
2-3 cubes Dark chocolate
1-2 tablespoons Milk of your choice
1 tablespoon Hazelnuts, crushed
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a large glass/bowl/jar and mix until combined.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Make the topping: place dark chocolate in a small bowl, add milk and melt in the microwave. Mix until melted and smooth.
4. Place roasted hazelnuts into a blender and blend for a few seconds.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of the chopped hazelnuts to the chocolate, mix well. Pour over the overnight oats and serve.
