The Machinery Directive doesn't just place demands that affect load handling and transport, but also technical documentation.
Because we always keep our ears open we know there's a lot of talk about safety requirements that are sometimes regarded as a hindrance for efficient load handling. Which is a bit odd maybe, since it's only about cranes not being able to lift anything if there's a risk of a rig tipping over. And that you should be able to drive your truck without the risk of causing damage.
So it's really good that the directive is our responsibility and nobody else's. For us, the directive's requirements are health and safety factors, and always have been.
