INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 1/3 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Cardomom powder 1/4 tspn or saffron strands soaked in a milk (for the flavour)
Bring it to a boil
Cook for 5 mins
Lower the flame
Milk powder 1 cup
add gradually
Ghee / Butter 2 tsp
Keep stirring
Cook on medium flame
Separate from pan
Cool for 5 mins
Place a clove
Brush red food color
Pistachios
a cotton bud or paint brush
Let it set for 5 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
