Zoka was founded in the fall of 1996. The first café opened in the Greenlake neighborhood of Seattle on January 7, 1997. In the years that followed, the University, Kirkland and South Lake Union cafés opened. Today, we're celebrating 25 years of fresh roasted coffee, espresso drinks, farmer relationships and community.
