This one came to a surprise, Hacker is too good for solos. But using it for pub games, I get hit a lot during 65-75% dodge, oh well. I did a lot of waiting on this solo, wasn't going for sustain DPS as this build is meant for high-end 1-target kills. I'll make a different pistol weapon build later...
