How to Master Plan a Suburban Community Like a Pro! | Clearwater County 75

Hello everyone and welcome back to Clearwater County! We’ve had a housing shortage within the county for a while now. With the completion of Interstate 98, we’re starting to see property owners on the periphery starting to realize that their lands are viable for development. One of those owners, Chue Vang, believes that he can have a viable suburban development just south on Van Buren, directly adjacent to Johnson’s Creek. In this episode, we’ll logically lay out a master plan for the community and build the first phase of the development. This phase will be predominantly lower density residential, but it will give Chue the funding he needs to build bigger and better things very soon…
