Ingredients (2 servings)
2 inch chunk of Radish (palm size)
½-1 cup beef, any part
1 green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
2 Tbsp soysauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Anchovy / kelp broth pack [ Ссылка ]
1. Boil 3 cups of water with the broth pack, let it boil with the lid on while we prep.
2. Cut the beef and radish in to thumb-size pieces
3. Stir fry the beef in 1 Tbsp of sesame oil
4. When the beef is half cooked, add 2 Tbsp of soysauce (to taste, depends on your soysauce)
5. When the beef is cooked, add the radish
6. Then, add the broth incrementally, ½ cup at a time, 2 minutes apart. If you’re lazy, you can just add everything at once. The incremental addition makes the beef flavor infuse better, with a deeper flavor
7. Bring to full boil for 8 minutes, while removing the foam on top (this is normal for soups with beef)
8. Add ½ Tbsp of garlic, and chopped scallions.
9. Boil for another 2 minutes. enjoy with rice!
