Ingredients:
Lumpia Filling (Mixed Vegetables):
1/4 kilogram Ground Chicken
175.8 grams Shrimp (chopped)
200 grams Green Beans
1 Piece Carrots
1 Piece Sweet Potato
1 Piece Singkamas/ Turnips
1 1/2 - 2 Cups Cabbage
1 Piece Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
Cooking Oil (Sautéing )
2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
1/2 Cup water
1 Cube Chicken Cubes (or Shrimp Cubes)
Black Pepper to taste
Add Lettuce
Lumpia Sauce
1 Tablespoon Garlic (grated to paste)
6 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 & 1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
6 Tablespoon Water (to dissolve Cornstarch)
1 & 1/2 Cup Water
Crushed Peanuts
Fresh Lumpia Wrapper
2 Pieces Egg
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
1 & 1/2 Cup Water
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Add Gradually)
Cooking Oil (For Greasing)
Note: Cook for 1- 2 Minutes or Until it no longer sticks to the pan
