Craig demonstrates a 10 minute continuous exercise bike workout, using RPE (rate of perceived exertion) and RPM (revolutions per minute) as a guide.
This can be used as a stand-alone workout or as part of a larger workout if you have more equipment.
As always, please remember to warm up and cool down. Only exercise if you are feeling well. If prescribed, always keep your inhaler and GTN spray close by.
