"Food is the single strongest lever to optimize human health and environmental sustainability on Earth,” according to the EAT-Lancet Commission. Leveraging the food system to drive climate action can trigger critical change in which stakeholders collaborate to reduce emissions while advancing health and equity in the supply chain.
