UPDATE:
Over the course of the week of August 29th, news broke out that the allege victim has been stripped of her crown, has a warrant out for her arrest of stealing NYC and has a violent past. There's also been text messages showing that she was going to set up Chris Brown. Her reason is, she got into an argument with Chris's friend and called his jewelry fake.

Also police did not find drugs or guns in Chris's home. No word if the charges will be dropped. Chris's lawyer has obtained the text messages.
