Wherein I explore some MIDI options for DOS gaming on my 486, have a look into the SoundBlaster "hanging note" bug and a few solutions to fix it, and compare and demo a few different Roland devices (the MT-32, SC-55, SC-88) as well as mt32-pi, a modern MT-32 emulator.
Big thanks to Johnny of Re:Enthused for your excellent voice acting contribution to this episode!
