In this video, I will be showing you my method of making Salt and Vinegar Seasoning at home. I've noticed most videos on Youtube do not show how to do this properly so most people just end up with Sodium Acetate Which does not taste like vinegar at all.
In a future video, I will be uploading a video on how to make pure Sodium Diacetate (Synthetic Vinegar Flavoring) with Glacial Acetic Acid and Sodium Acetate.
