HEARING EXAMINER PROCEEDINGS
BEFORE THE BOARD OF OIL, GAS AND MINING
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
IN AND FOR THE STATE OF UTAH
A public meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 17 2024, at 9:00 a.m.,
or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Soldier Hollow Room (Room 112) at the Department of Natural Resources, 1594 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Board of Oil, Gas and Mining (“Board”), State of Utah, pursuant to Utah Administrative
Code R641-113-100, has designated a Hearing Examiner to conduct the hearing.
The Board will consider the Hearing Examiner’s recommended findings of fact and conclusions of law at the Board Hearing on July 17, 2024.
The Hearing Examiner will hear the following matters at or around 9:00 a.m.
1. Docket No. 2024-037 Cause No. 132-44 – In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action of OVINTIV USA INC. for an order pooling interests, including the compulsory pooling of the interests of certain non-consenting owners in the Knoll 13-10 4-2-9-4-11H Well identified herein, in the drilling unit established for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Lower Green River-Wasatch Formations comprised of all of Sections 4 and 9, Township 4 South, Range 2 West, U.S.M., Duchesne County, Utah.
2. Docket No. 2024-038 Cause No. 132-45 – In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action of OVINTIV USA INC. for an order pooling interests, including the compulsory pooling of the interests of certain non-consenting owners in the Fitzgerald UT 9-35 4-2-1-12-7H Well in the drilling unit established for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Lower Green River-Wasatch Formations comprised of all of Sections 1 and 12 Township 4 South, Range 2 West, U.S.M., Duchesne County, Utah.
