The grace of God is available to anyone who asks for it. It is transmitted by the spiritual essence and divine intervention of the Spiritual Teacher.

In this meditation, i'll be guiding you to the sacred temple within your heart. From your heart space, you you can ask God for his grace by repeating the ancient prayer of the heart, 'Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me.'

Each time we repeat this phrase, we appeal to Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, to help, guide and assist us in our daily lives or any difficult situation we might be going through.
