Smokey Mutton yakhni Pulao Recipe is an amazing yakhni pulao recipe made with mutton and rice. This is one of my favorite rice recipes. This is a variation to the unique mutton yakhni pulao recipe
Ingredients
4 cup rice
1 kg mutton
1 cup yogurt
2 green chilli
3 medium tomatoes
1 large onion
Salt to taste
1 cup green coriander
2 tablespoons ginger garlic
1 cup boiled gram lentil
3 bey leaves
1 tablespoons black pepper
1 teaspoon cloves
1 tablespoons cinnamon sticks
4 black cardamom
6 green cardamom
1 tablespoons all spices
maze 1 piece
8 dry red chilli
1 tablespoons cumin seeds
