In this video of Pattaya Thailand, we tour Unixx Condos. Living in Thailand is far more economical than the states. I pay $200 USD a month, depending on the strength of the dollar. I also have an amazing view from my balcony. This is a guard gated condo development. The front entrance is also protected by security guards 24hrs. The elevator only allows your fob to access your floor, so you can't travel between floors for added security. Your fob can also get you to the Zen Gardens, located on the 37th & the 41st floor. Fobs also allow you to get to the 5th floor, where you can find filtered water for drinking, and the washing/ laundry area. It has a pool with a water slide, and a rock climbing wall. There's also a convenient mart, that cooks up breakfast, as well as local Thai cuisine. It's open from 9am to 8pm. Unixx is located on Pratamnak Hill, which is central to most of Pattaya. It's about a 10min walk to Walking Street for clubs and nightlife, or a 10min motorcycle ride to Central Shopping Center. It's about 15min ride to Terminal 21 Shopping Center. Also nearby Big C SuperMarketfor grocery shopping. I have been living here roughly 8 months now, and there's not much I can complain about. My only cons are the neighbors who may get loud, and the elevators which take several minutes to obtain due to heavy foot traffic at times. Besides those two nuisance, I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Pattaya Thailand.
