In this video I am beginning to build 3C collets for the Atlas 10" production lathe. I had intended for this to be a two part series but it will be at least three parts to better cover the process and be able to explain why I machined them in the way I did. I am turning the collets from 4130 which was material I had on hand. please leave any comments below. Enjoy
