it’s been a long time since i last did the british army assessment for strength and cardio from the ‘100% army fit app’. it’s such a good indicator to see where your overall fitness is at. pretty chuffed with my scores and looking forward to getting more reps and bringing my run time down even more in the future. if you’ve done this test, let me know how you get on in the comments!
