Thiruvalla: Police has registered case against four priests namely Fr. Abraham Varghese, Fr. Jaise K George, Fr. Job Mathew and Fr. Johnson V Mathew with rape charges in Orthodox church rape allegations. The woman gave affidavit against five priests of Niranam, Thumbaman and Delhi archdioceses. The affidavit was submitted with a complaint filed by the woman's husband to the Niranam Diocese Metropolitan. On the basis of this allegations the church has taken action against the priests.
