A Middletown City Council member asked if it was possible for EMS to not respond to overdose calls because supplying victims with Narcan was too expensive. Fire Chief Paul Lolli responded: I know and I understand it, but at the end of the day theres people saying we need to stop giving Narcan and this will solve the problem. Thats not going to solve the problem."
