Hello this is idodmg and welcome back to the channel. In this Torchlight 3 video I want to show you the best way to farm legendary items. Since they do not seem to drop at level 60 ( or have a super low drop rate) we have to resort to other means. I hope this video helps you out and above all I hope this get resolved as I would rather see my legendary items drop in that loot explosion instead of from a bag every 9 fame levels.
